Air supported Domes and Inflatable Structures
The construction of the air-supported structure consists of three single-sectioned layers located one above the other with no links in-between.
The internal cover consists of Polyester fabric both sides of which are covered with a PVC layer, the central layer insulating cover and the outer protective cover.
The three elements so described may be delivered in different modifications with respect to their perviousness to light, tear strength and heat insulation. Said manner of construction provides, among other things, the great advantage of the high quality PVC coating being protected from any and all external atmospheric influences. This effect is achieved by means of the external layers.
The coating stays clean and preserves its mechanical features and elasticity. No additionally mounted insulating cover is needed for the interior of the air domes under the PVC cover; if applied, it could easily bring to formation of condensation.
